From the looks of it this is a systemic issue that is plaguing everyone. Elizabeth Board of Education does it as well as the City of Elizabeth officials. The laws need to be a little more stringent surrounding donations and awards of contracts.

    It’s no systemic issue, it’s a simple matter of play-to-pay, i.e., BRIBES

$40 million for a family courthouse is absurd. It’s 4.4 million per judge chamber (10 family judges, including John Hudak, father of Freeholder Chris Hudak ,both assholes) when those court hearings are very limited as to who is actually allowed in the courtroom.

WASTE OF FUCKING MONEY. UCIA SUCKS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY DOING BECAUSE THEY ARE HACKS AND HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION BUILDING.

This ‘contract’ was executed about a year after they laid off a good portion of the IT department in 2012. If you research the salaries in IT from 2012 to 2015, you will see a significant reduction in salaries. Like Wagner says, they get one person onsite daily….I believe they lost 4 or 5 people during the layoff, and the money they pay balances out. The company is terrible and most workers in the County noticed the difference. Just check out All covered on Glassdoor….very poor reviews. You get what you pay for….nothing more than another political contribution…
